Every factual claim on this site — fees, rules, timings, the pass mark — comes from GOV.UK. This page lists the primary sources, so you can check anything here against the original rather than trusting an independent website.

Where GOV.UK is silent
Some things people search for are simply not published. We say so rather than filling the gap with a plausible guess — on immigration content a stated gap is more useful than a confident invention.
- GOV.UK does not publish a waiting period between attempts. It states only that you can rebook as many times as you need, paying each time.
- GOV.UK’s test pages do not state how early to arrive. The booking confirmation and the test centre are the place to confirm this.
- No per-centre pass rates or difficulty data are published. The question bank and the pass mark are the same at every centre.
- The exemption guidance does not name specific conditions such as ADHD or dyslexia. Each case is assessed individually on medical evidence.
- No formal replacement-certificate process is published for a lost pass notification.

The guide the test is based on is Crown copyright. We explain the same facts in our own words and never reproduce its text — including in audio, where narrating the book would be the same thing as reprinting it.
